It is easy to spot a control freak, especially in the work force. You know the type, they have to have the last word, they need to prove that they are right and things are done so much better when they are done their way!
BUT, what if that control freak is YOU?
Well let's just say I do not envy your co workers however worse than that you could be ruining your own happiness.
In a relationship it is about two people not giving 50/50, it is about both giving 100%
Please just try it the next time you just HAVE to do it your way, have it your way,
step back give your partner a chance to shine their way. Let go and see how refreshing it can be.
