We hear this term a lot and usually it relates to children.
It makes me sad regardless of who is being victimised.
Recently, I have been told of too many instances where women have been bullied at work and when I ask what are you doing about it, the answer is usually "nothing, I am worried that I will lose my job!"
Please I urge you to not be made feel less-than, You are important, You are beautiful, You are what matters!
Bullying should not be tolerated in any work place and it is up to us to ensure it isn't. (Yes I have been through it myself).
Do not leave your happiness in someone else's hands.
Take action now, you will be so glad you did and you will help others through your example.
